The Presidential Council (PC) of the Government of National Accord (GNA) issued, on Tuesday, a statement announcing that the displaced Tawergha inhabitants would start going back to their city on the first day of February.
The statement clarified that the represents of the two cities of Misrata and Tawergha agreed on putting a mechanism to implement the agreement for the sake of achieving the national reconciliation and building the state of laws and institutions.
In the same context, a decision was mad, in coordination with the governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), to allocate the needed money for the reparation and to pay the first part of the money. The GNA had issued its instructions to provide the services and security institutions to prepare the circumstances and to create the right conditions for Tawergha inhabitants to live in peace and security.
The statement said that the GNA had decided to form a joint committee under the leadership of the GNA.
