Al-Sarraj expressed, on Wednesday in a televised speech, his regret for the resignation of the member of the PC, Moussa Al-Koni. He said that “I understand the reasons for his anger, I hope he would retract his decision.”
Al-Sarraj pointed that he and the other members of the PC are in constant communication with Al-Koni, stressing that “we didn’t fail.”
Al-Sarraj called all the PC members to convene, welcoming all national initiatives in the frame of national reconciliation. He also called the House of Representatives (HoR), the State Council, and the Dialogue Committee to find effective practical solutions to get out of the current crises the country is going through.
