LIBYAPROSPECT – Cairo
The United Nations special envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, arrived, on Wednesday, in Cairo for a two-day visit, to meet the members of the House of Representatives (HoR) who support and oppose the Government of National Accord (GNA) including the members of the National Sovereignty Block in the HoR to discuss the developments of the Political Agreement (PA).
Kobler is to meet Egyptian officials to display the developments of Cairo meeting, which was brokered by the Egyptian presidency over the last two days between more than 40 Libyan figures.
Some of the HoR members are in Cairo nowadays, including the first vice president of the HoR, Emhmed Shuaib, Saleh Hema, Al-Mabrouk Al-Khataby, Ayman Saif, Abdul-Salam Nusseya, Salah Sahaby, Abdel Munem Belkour. The member of the Presidential Council (PC), Ali Qatrany, had attended as well as the Dialogue Committee members, Al-Sherif Al-Wafy, and Joma Kousa.
