Tunisian Traders Close the way to Ras-Ejdair



Tunisian media sources said that some Tunisian traders from Ben-Guerdane city closed the from their city to the crossing border of Ras Ejdair, on Wednesday.

The traders had closed the main road in protest against a Libyan decision, which they considered it as “depriving them of doing their trading business.”

The protesters had prevented trucks loaded with goods from passing; they only let some humanitarian cases and families to move.

The traders called for a rapid intervention to find the solutions to return to the trading activities to the typical situation.

The protesters talked even about the continuity of detaining the Tunisian sailors in Libya; the also denounced organizing the operations of illegal migration towards European coasts, which resulted in losing human victims, including Tunisians.
