Al-Kufra Municipality supports Sanalla

Al-Kufra Municipality Council, South-East Libya, has welcomed and praised the attitude of the head of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla, who refused the visit of the United Nations envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, to Ras Lanuf and the Commander of the Oil Facility Guards, Ibrahim Jadhran.

The Municipality Council confirmed, in a statement, that all of the Libyans own the oil. The statement said that the groups that close the oil ports are not qualified because they are using the oil as a bargaining chip.

It is worth mentioning that Sanalla denounced the agreement between Jadhran and the Presidential Council (PC) to reopen the ports and produce and export the oil and also to pay the salaries of the OFG elements.

Sources said that other municipalities around the Oil Crescent did the same thing as Al-Kufra, including Tazerbo and Ejkherra.
