CDA finishes training workshop in Tunisia

The Constitutional Drafting Assembly (CDA) members finished a training workshop, in Tunisia, organized and supervised by American Lawyers Association, that focused on constitutional awareness and media speech.

The CDA member, Nadia Omran, said that the members met Libyan nobles and sheiks, in a session organized by the Libyan Association for Studies (LAS).

She added that “the members are insistent on finishing the constitution that will be the solution for all disputes and conflicts Libya is witnessing”.

Omran described the meeting as a positive one, adding that “the nobles announced their support for the constitution, and they will call all Libyans to participate in the referendum.” The nobles and sheiks agreed to form a delegation to meet the House Of Representatives (HoR) members to urge them to issue the constitution law as quickly as possible.
