The Deputy Chief of the Presidential Council (PC), Ahmed Mitig, stated that the actual challenge after liberating Sirte from terrorism is building the state institutions, especially the security and military and local councils.
Mitig said through his Facebook account, on Saturday, that the standard facilities in Sirte will be an example for all Libyan cities.
He believed that the PC’s affiliated forces are near to the second liberation of Sirte that proved its ability to fight terrorist and Takfiri groups.
“Time has come for us to move ahead with building the institutions of Sirte that suffered a lot and supporting its people, especially youth so that the city can be the link between east and west,” he stated.
He stressed the importance of working together to achieve the highest goal without tribalism or regionalism, fighting terrorism in all types.
