The Islamic State group (IS) executed a Sirte resident called Emhmd Hussien after accusing him of being Salafist.
A local source in Al-Noflia uncovered that the so-called Islamic Court punished nine persons, including two army personnel of lashing and executions in Sirte, Bin-Jawad, and Bo-Hady on Tuesday.
The city is witnessing a rise in deliberate displacements, since Tuesday, due to low living standards, IS control, fears of kidnapping and assassinations, high prices, lack of food and lock down of governmental institutions.
The group appointed someone called Abdullah Al-Saoudi as the leader of the city. Nearly 20 families moved out of the city recently, while 30000 families have left till now since the IS controlled the city.
