Zaatari: Different countries pledge aid to Libya

The Vice president of the United Nation Special Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Ali Zaatari, said that different countries pledged financial aid to Libya, including Italy, Germany, United State and some Arab countries, but Libya only received 11% from such aid.

He added, on the sidelines of international conference to support Libya organized by UNSMIL and British embassy in Tunisia, that tackled efforts to support the Government of National Accord (GNA) and define its priorities, that Libyans are hoping to restore oil exports though their country could overcome its crisis,

Zaatari referred to different obstacles hindering aid granted to Libya, stressing that “the success of the GNA means resolving Libyan crisis”.
