LIBYAPROSPECT – Sabratha
The forces of the joint security committee to fight the Islamic State group (IS) has found documents of the Tunisian group leader, Noureddine Choushane, and ammunition in Sabratha, west of Libya.
In their raid on a location of the IS, in Sabratha, the forces also found a number of personal documents and passports for Tunisian nationals, including three passports for Choushane, the group Amir in Tunisia, and suicide bombs, weapons and ammunition.
The United States has announced that Choushane dead in its raid against the group’s locations in Sabratha last February, it announced killing 49 group members. Choushane is believed to be the master mind behind the attack on Bardo Museum in Tunisia. Choushane’s body wasn’t recovered yet.
