The Libyan member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Ali Al-Sallabi, said that the best way to end the Islamic State group (IS) and other similar groups in Libya is through the inclusive reconciliation between Libyans.
In special remarks to Quds Press news agency, Al-Sallabi called on all Libyan politicians to avoid wasting time on fights that “whoever wins them is already a loser”. He called them to listen to sane and Sharia, stop fighting and lean to wisdom.
He excluded foreign interventions as the solution, hailing the war against terrorism ongoing in Libya calling all to support it. “The war against terrorism needs a national unity government that is agreed by all Libyans that has a clear project that responds to people’s needs and cooperate with the international organization for fighting terrorism”, he added.
Al-Sallabi explained that the terrorism isn’t of the Libyans society that is moderate by nature.
