The United Nations special envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, has urged the House of Representatives (HoR) to convene, as soon as possible, to endorse the Government of National Accord (GNA).
Kobler welcomed the announcement of forming the GNA on Tuesday through his official twitter account.
“I congratulate Libyan people & Presidency Council on formation of Govt. of National Accord. I urge HoR to promptly convene, endorse the Govt”, he tweeted.
The Presidency Council has announced the formation of the Government of National Accord of 32 ministries. The deputy Prime Minister Ali Al-Qatrany and the Minister of State, Omar Al-Aswad didn’t sign the declaration for disagreements about regional representation.
