Four persons were killed and other 7 were wounded in clashes in Oubari city, south west Libya, on Sunday. The wounded were later moved to the city’s hospital.
The Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord denounced the fighting, considering it “targeting peaceful civilians”.
An agreement was signed in Qatar last year by different tribes to end the fight in south Libya. The announcement called on all parties to commit to self-discipline, stop fighting, and respect the reconciliation agreement between parties.
