The Turkish Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, said that Libya is a promising country that would shine in the future, due to its natural and human resources, in case stability is restored across the country.
His comments came on the sideline of a meeting with the designated head of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj and his escorted envoy in Ankara, Monday.
Davutoglu added “Turkey with all its capabilities support Libya and all efforts leading to its stability and unity. And when stability achieved, Turkey will stand by Libya to rebuild its economy and institutions”.
From his side, Al-Sarraj expressed his appreciation for the Turkish role in supporting the Libyan dialogue process.
“We thank Turkey for receiving Libyans injured in terrorist attacks. Our bilateral trade, economic and political relations are increasing, we could have more cooperation in the future”, Al-Sarraj said.
