CIA: IS plans attacking North Africa with radiation bombs

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has warned North Africa and Maghreb countries that Islamic State affiliated Libyan groups has managed to assemble radiations and bacterial bombs and may be using it against them, the Moroccan Le360 website reported.

The website reported that the American agency has presented intelligence information to all North African nations to warn them against IS’ trials to move weapons inside these countries. Tunisia may be the first target country, it reported.

Bombs are believed to be remotely controlled and contain biological, chemical, and radiation ingredients.

The IS fighters in Sirte organized armed patrols in streets to observe shops, especially women products.

The United Nations special envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, has lately noted that “Sirte is dying and must be saved”. Sirte is controlled by the IS.
