The trial of the son of former leader Gaddafi was postponed to 7th of February.
The criminal department in Tripoli Appeal Court has decided on Sunday to reschedule the trial of Al-Saadi Gaddafi. Postponement was decided for holding further investigations in the alleged accusations, judge said in aired trial session.
Gaddafi is accused of killing a football trainer of El-Ettihad club, Bashir El-Riany, and oppressing protestors on February 17th revolution.
After 2.5 years in Nigeria, Gaddafi was repatriated by Nigeria in March 2014 upon official request by Libyan authorities.
The Prosecutor General has initialed an investigation last August about a video in which Gaddafi appeared being beaten during investigations in Al-Hadhaba prison in Tripoli.
