LCDA postpones its meeting to next week

The media bureau of the Libyan Constitution Drafting Assembly (LCDA) announced the delay of the session, supposed to be held, Tuesday, to the next week.

The bureau said in a statement that the session was delayed because the members of the western regions of Libya, from cities like Aljmeal, Sabratha, Sorman and Al-Zawia, couldn’t attend in Al-Baida, due to travel difficulties.

The statement added that the arrival of members could take until the end of this week, where the session will be held the next week.

It is worth mentioning that the members from the west and the south of Libya boycotted the sessions after disputes over the capital and sovereign institutions.
