The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, has called all the Libyan parties to work constructively with the new United Nations representative in Libya, Martin Kobler to attain peace and stability.
Mogherini noted, in a statement published Thursday, on the website of the European mission in Libya, that Libyans deserve peace and stability, especially after the suffer brought by the crisis in addition to dangers on the whole region.
Kobler has noted in a statement earlier that his goal is to work cooperatively for peace, security and prosperity.
From his side, the new UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, has arrived in Tobruk, Saturday, and confirmed that there will be no
more plans to talk about political negotiations, as the time now is for implementing the agreement of forming the Government of National Accord (GNA).
In a conference press, Kobler stated that the UNSMIL will not force any faction to decide, because they respect the Libyan sovereignty.
Kobler said that he will take care of the security arrangements and the prosperity of the Libyan Economics.
Kobler then will travel, Sunday, to Tripoli to meet the head of the General National Congress (GNC), Nuri Abusahmain and his deputy.
