According to European news agency, Kobler arrives in Tobruq, Sunday, to begin communications with the House of Representatives (HoR) to regain trust in the UN efforts to bring peace in Libya.

Kobler announced, Tuesday, in his first statement after officially taking office, that he “is to start based on what was accomplished during his predecessor, Bernardino Leon, and his priority is to focus on discussing the security file with the parties to the Libyan conflict”.
